This semester focuses on the research writing process including developing voice in expository writing, evaluating sources, organizing hands on research and writing a research paper including multiple genres. Students will develop their skills across three units lasting one month each and complete a research writing project. Modules can begin at any time starting in September 2024 and may be taken in succession or spaced out over the semester or school year.

Unit 3: Multigenre Research Project
- Week 1: Writing the Expository Section
- Week 2: Writing Genres
- Week 3: Revisions and Works Cited
- Week 4: Final Project
